Examine distribution schedules and assure orderly supply of product per contract. Handle orders for all related auxiliary and promotional materials as requested by distributors. Inventory products, prepare materials per distributor's orders, and track all materials. Invoice distributors, process shipments, returns, rejects, and handle customer service issues. Assist Distribution Manager in on-going relationships with distributors in 70 territories. Inform management, vendors, and subcontractors of changes and deviations in schedules, deliveries and contracts.
